BAKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH HOT PEPPER BACON JAM
Ingredients
15 - 20 Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
Salt and pepper
3-4 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine olive oil, melted butter, Oh! So Garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl, add trimmed Brussels sprouts and mix until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, shaking the pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. Brush with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Place in a serving bowl and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese if so desired.
